Mold in the Shower

Here is an example of an ongoing leak in the crawl space of a foreclosed upon home in the Garrett County area.  Prior to purchasing the home, the new homeowner had requested an inspection from SERVPRO of Allegany & Garrett Counties.  Upon closing on the house, our technicians were brought in the complete the mold remediation affecting the wall in shower.  The ceiling was removed, wood replaced & area disinfected.  The homeowner is now able to enjoy the walk in shower.  As well she knew the estimated cost and concern prior to purchasing the property thanks to our trained technicians meeting at the location and offering an estimate for work that would be required.
